Hey folks, was thinking about relocating my BC ER external reservoir to the hatch area. The actual doing this is not the problem, I can't seem to find out how to bleed the shocks afterwards. Anyone have any info on this?
thanks in advance

You would have to deplete the nitrogen , remove the reservoir , put it back together in the new location, refill to the proper level and make sure you did not get bubbles in the shock body, refill nitrogen to proper pressure and drive.

In talking to BC racing, they suggest new shocks with the new length of hose that I want, which is fine, but I really don't want to cut that big of a hole into the hatch area to pass the reservoir. I'm thinking of one of two possible routes
Ask BC racing to put in a quick disconnect such as:

OR I just make a big hole, and then make a plate to cover it.
And terrasmak thanx for the answer.

I would just cut a 2 inch hole and get a mudflap to cut up into a sealing grommet. I've been thinking about moving mine inside and the front to a different location.
