To really upgrade your brakes, you'd need to go with a BBK. If you're still on the standard single piston front calipers, there's only so much you can do. Best brake fluid? Depends on what your priorities are. But for a good, affordable product, I like ATE Gold 200, which also performs well and doesn't degrade as quickly as pure race brake fluids.
I switched to 06 brakes bought ebc green stuff pads stainless lines and use regular brake fluid its a DD. Currently running red stuff pads because I got a good price on them and switched to stoptech slotted rotors.
DON'T BOTHER WITH YOUR 03-05 BRAKES.
Hold off a bit and find 06 08 brakes and you wont regret it, I know I didnt. Currently running 07 dual piston calipers with slotted rotors and StopTech SS brake lines. They look 100x better than the puny 03 system with single piston.
