Default Brakes Squeaking at a stand still!!

My Brakes have been squeaking, not when I am coming to a stop like worn pads and rotors would do. Say I come to a complete stop at a stop light and my foot is on the pedal if I push down any harder and apply more pressure it will creak and squeak coming from only the rear calipers once I let go it obviously stops. How could I fix this issue!?

Start by jacking up your Z, removing your rear tires/wheels and examining your rear brakes. Could your rear pads be badly worn, with a taper that causes a squeal? Or could it be worn rotors or other defective brake parts that cause noise?

I will definitely take off the tire and look around thank you Pads and Rotors are about 3 months old so I believe they are still okay its like a creak only when I push really hard on the pedal at a standstill

Ok I have a similar sound coming from the front right of my car.
I get some of the creaking which, in my case is most likely the end links for the sway bars (my car is slightly lower, on different shocks and sway bar, poly bushed front end, new compression arms etc), however I get occasional clicks as well.
Which could be the pads moving, or something I've not spotted yet.

I'm hoping it's just the end links, how old are your ones ?

Or a big oak tree will do the trick too.

Are you sure the ticking isn't from the rear, but just sounds like the front? The back axle is notorious for clicking...

Speaking of engine braking. Wednesday I took the Z to work. Coming home in traffic o decided to engine brake from 40mph in 2nd. The Jeep behind me almost road up my tail. He/She kept a safe distance after that. Gotta be careful...

No it's not the rear, and it's not from a rotational movement.
Typically makes that sound when I have pressed the brake pedal or released it, this can be just before setting off, or going very slowly.
It'll be down at a specialist for diff bushings to be installed next week, I'll ask them quickly to diagnose this as well

I had a set of pads that did this about 15 years ago. It was just crappy pads in my case. Creaking suggests flexing though, so double check all the caliper mounts.

brakes and pads are basically brand new creaking only coming from driver side rear

I've used engine braking to scare a few people. If they are following to close I'll drop a gear or two and let it slow down without the lights.

Sometimes engine braking + a small brake tap is required.

I took off, cleaned and re-greased the front sway bar bushings, this has resolved the 1920's squeaking bed sound
However, I still get a click (doesn't keep happening, just once or twice) sometimes.
I'll try my microphone in a few spots to capture the noise as well, could be of some use.
