Default Rack and pinion...urethane bushings recommended?

Hey all,

For those that have tried urethane bushings in their rack and pinion...was it an upgrade in your opinion? Does the front suspension feel a little more jarring? Steering feel improved? I'd love to firm up my steering a little more, but am leery of how stiff the front ride quality might become.

I'm a daily driver that loves a great handling ride, no track time.

Because you tried them and took them out?

How bout your circle of peeps? What's the word on urethane bushings for the R&P?

They're cheap for the Energy ones, but I read yesterday that some company called SuperPro has a set that really improved the steering feel, but supposedly those about $115 and I can't locate any "SuperPro" online just yet. Was an article from googling on urethane for 350z rack and pinion, not my exact search term.

I'm leaning toward trying them?

My rack has had a slight leak for about 5 years now, didn't want to install them on my leaking rack. Between them and the motor mounts, the only rubber left on my car. I have the replacements for both in the garage
