Top Speed PRO-1 Coilovers Noise Issue

I'm guessing that one of the rear (driver) side shock collar is loose, which causes lots of noise, and was curious to know if its possible to just purchase one shock from topspeed, site?

Will it not tighten down? Id call them if possible to see if they can address the issues your experiencing.

I've tried duck taping it and doesn't fix the issue, looks like it might need to be press in.? anyone ever dealt with this issue?
