PIC/Info request- front lower tie brace
For those that are suspension savvy or have a FLTB.
What: Looking into getting a front lower tie brace for the ride.
Problem: Have a Stillen extra capacity oil pan, measures 2 3/4 in height.
Question: How much clearance is there between the stock oil pan and the tie brace? OR...anyone have this setup already that can chime in?
Pic of the tie brace with stock oil pan (side view aka from the rear, not from underneath) would also be appreciated.
Thanks all.

Front and rear lower tie bars do nothing. The suspension mounts on a Z are really sturdy. The lower mid chassis brace can help slightly, but I would rather keep the ground clearance and you won't get any noticeable gains without running some really sticky tires and proper spring rates.
Potentially the only one worth anything is the front fender brace. You will actually get better gains by spending that money on another track day than installing it.
With all this said, to really tighten up the chassis the most overlooked thing is......... Rear subframe bushings. Whiteline makes great urethane ones, SPL and Sikky make solid aluminum ones. I ran Whiteline first and swapped to solid aluminum. I recommend the solids for a dedicated track car, having slolid subframe and diff bushings is a lot noisy.

Yes there is one on the market, I see it commonly sold on eBay. Construction seems good on it , it's not as low profile as the OEM one. IMO , if I had to replace mine, I would buy the one that is cheape because I don't feel there could be any gains from it.

Yes as Terrasmak said. Company called Ultra Racing. I have it on mine because my OEM W-brace rusted. Install was easy, the brace is definitely beefier. I have no clue if it helped performance wise at all, I doubt it did. But, it does seem made decently well. Fitment was perfect for me and I don't see it rusting like the OEM one did
Thanks I saw a picture of yours today and got all warm and fuzzy... Mine is rusty
