Default bilstein b8s with s-tune shocks?

So I have a 2007 z that has a nismo s-tune suspension on it. My struts are starting to fail, and I was looking at replacing them with the bilstein b8 struts. I do daily drive this car and I really enjoy how the suspension is now. My question is has anyone ever run the bilsteins with the s-tune shocks, or is there a reason that is a dumb idea? Since its a daily driver I don't want to drop it lower then it already is. I was also thinking the tein s-tech would work if using the s-tune shocks isn't a good idea. I have searched quite a bit on the forum and haven't found anyone who has done this, and was wondering if there is a reason for that. Oh by the way the s-tune has probably been on my car for 10 years.

That will be a good combination. Ride will tame down a bit AND give you an uptick in performance with your replacing the worn Tokicos/S-Tune shocks with Bilsteins.
