I would agree with HFM on all accounts. I did notice that the springs took 2-3 weeks before they really settled. I love the drop I obtained. I was looking for something with a subtle drop so I could still drive around without smashing up my front end and so far I have not had any issues with clearance with these springs. The ride really seems to have improved over the past month with great reduction in bounce yet a very linear feel in cornering, no suprises. There is still some bounce and Konis will be needed if you want it completely gone.

I've had my RSR's on my car for about 4 months now, the bouncy rear end effect is gone. It took the springs about 1-2 weeks to finally settle the front and about 2 weeks for the rears to finally settle. Once it settles you will be able to notice the drop alot more. The Z definitely feels more responsive and aggressive with these springs.

Yeah I did, but can you post it or link it again, I want to compare to how mine looks now. It's been about 2 weeks now. I'll post pics of mine once I see yours again, and we'll see how they look.

345/417 = +10%/+22% vs oem of 314/342

Of note is the fact that Hotchkis says oem rates are 310/350, we are close enough to confirm each other, normal +or- coil spring rate tester error explains the slight difference between my rate info and theirs.

It's interesting that springs with higher rates have been reviewed by most as improving the ride quality. Now I'm totally confused as to which springs would be the best choice for the Konis I'm going to install in a couple of weeks. My goal is to improve ride quality, and since the Konis were designed to work with OEM springs, perhaps those may be my best choice, although I did want to drop the car a bit. (.6-.75).

If you are going to get way bars or shocks after you get you springs i recomend you wait on the spring install and install them all at once. This will help your springs settle differently than without aking this precaution. If you have to unlaod your prings( take them off) they will never extent back to teir original out of the box elasticity and they also are more compressd naturally because they have settles. If you put them back on they are already maxed out on their compression/settling tso they wont ever settle again giving you bounce and slippidy sliding feeling instead of that miraculous stick we are so used too. I recoment the entire setup be all at once and tuned. if you plan on getting new springs after your stock shocks wearand keep the stock sways then by all means go ahead.peace just experienced many problems with suspension mishaps in the past.
