stoptech rotors and pad question

stoptech rotors and pad question
Were is the best place to get stoptech front and rear rotors and what is a good pad to use on those. I have a 03 Touring and am looking to upgrade the brakes, and cant afford a whole brake kit.
Also any idea's on companys other than Stoptech. i just hear a lot of people on here like them. thanx
