Well lots of folks are saying good things about the RS*R's as they are linerar both front and back. Personally have the Tein S-techs and I love them. The rears are linear while the fronts have a couple or progressive coils. Took it to the track a little while ago and found it to be noticeablly stiffer than stock. One instructor made a comment on how good they felt as he thought they were coilovers. Of course he wasn't driving but the point is the difference is very easily felt. S-techs are also about $60.00 cheaper if cost is a concern. Good luck!
I have RS*R springs with Cusco bars and I am pleased. The car can be aligned within specs.
I really think I would run the Hotchkis springs and bars as a package if I did it again.
Swaybars are very important in tuning the body roll and reducing the understeer.

Tein coilover is awesome but a little on the mucho money side.
Eibachs in my experience are junk (sorry thats the way I feel about em)
H&R springs are by far one of the best springs available for price and performance.
Id go with the H&R's

My car was the prototype for the H&R springs and I wouldn't run them. If you don't believe me look where there North American HQ is at Bellingham, WA. Too low and not engineered very well. You could never align you car without extra parts.

I haven't installed them yet, been waiting for delivery of 350EVO A arms B4 I tear into all that stuff again. I've been told that the first set will be at my door in the next few days.
