Where to get brake pads/lines installed

Where to get brake pads/lines installed
I was wondering if you guys think it will be ok to get my new Hawk brake pads, stainless steel lines, and high temp fluid installed at my local gas station/chain auto shop or if I should go to a specialty shop. Any advice is much appreciated.
