Default will aftermarket suspension resolve feathering

As the subject reads is there an aftermarket suspension kit such as the Nismo s-tune that will remedy the tire feathering problems of a 2003 model?

I don't know if it resolves the problem as I never had it but I installed the s-tune on my 2003 about 13K miles ago (after 4k with stock suspension) and haven't seen any issues. I also have the LM-GT4 wheels which I put on around the same time as well.

does that suspension let you adjust the caster camber? if so what are the specs you put it at?

Bump*

I plan on installing Tein Flex w/ EDFC if I get a 350Z (probably 2004.5). I was wondering if this would relieve me of feathering?

2004.5 should not have the feathering issue. It's VERY rare on the 2004's much less the 2004.5's.

This may only be due to the fact that 2003 owners have had their cars longer and driven more miles. Give it time, but I hope you're right.

I have a 2003 with a feathering problem. In my experience the feathering issues are directly proportional the dealership alignment machine and their ability to use it. After screaming and yelling at my incompetent dealer I took my car to another dealership with one of those light/laser alignment machines and competent mechanics. They did the alignment EXACTLY according to the TSB and 5000 miles later my tires don't even look worn.
