Nice. I was previously under the impression that ABS should not be engaged when bedding in brakes. Thanks for correcting my understanding.

I'm pretty sure ABS/Wheel lock is not supposed to be engaged when bedding in. Maybe I misunderstood the article.

Each of the ten partial braking events should achieve moderate-to-high deceleration (about 80 to 90% of the deceleration required to lock up the brakes and/or to engage the ABS),
To me, this is stating that 100% force would be locking the wheels or engaging ABS. And the amount of the force used to bed the pads is 80% to 90%. Make sense?

Hey, you're right, I misread and my initial understanding was correct. 80 to 90% before ABS kicks in. Sorry for the confusion.
