Default Front springs

how do i get the front springs out? do i need to take the lower arm off?

There is thread here, but I replaced mine about two weeks ago. To start you MUST jack up both sides of the car, power tools or a big breaker bar, 17 mm, 14 mm and 12mm sockets, also a 17 mm open/box end wrench helps out. Of course a spring compresor is a must. To take the spring out, I found it easier to leave one nut (finger tight) on top, holding the spring up. I found the thread for you https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=85781
