I'm looking to take this step soon as well.
All the posts i've seen so far seem very positive. Adjustability on the fronts is apparently very easy but the rears require jacking the car up a bit to reach the top of the shock (still not too difficult)

I also agree with Zee and jmark. I also added the Eibach Springs and 350EVO Sways. Got it all from my350Z sponsor www.350EVO.com

koni's are great if you have gone to a spring like the eibach, or tein stech set up. cost is around $680 for them and well worth the money if you all ready have springs. they will cure the bounce in the suspension caused by the dampaning effect in the stock set up.

Just purchased the Konis with the Hotchkis TVS Stage 1 Kit (Sports Springs + Adj. Sport Sways) from Greg from GSC Motorsports (GregGSC). Excellent price and service by the way! Thumbs up Greg!!!
Anyways, I've been reading up on suspension options posted on several sites for quite some time now and I've heard nothing but good things about these shocks. I'm just waiting on my sways to come in tomorrow then I can go install these puppies and actually feel first hand what these things are all about! Can't wait!!!

Your roadster rides on a revised suspension that debuted on the roadster and made it to 2004 coupes built after 10/31/03. The revision was done to improve the ride quality of the Z. You can either locate a used revised 2004 suspension (I have the shock parts numbers on hand so you won't run the risk of buying a unrevised 04 setup). Or you could buy Koni shocks or Tokico D-specs and accomplish pretty much the same thing.
