Hey all, I miss my Z and was looking at buying a used one. With the tire issues of the '03, would you all reccommend against buying one from that year? If so, what is the earliest model you would buy?

It sounds like the tire issue might not be completely addressed, even in the other years. If you can find an 04 or 04.5 for around the same price, go with one of those. But if you can get a great deal on an 03 don't be afraid of it.

 

I have an 04 and the "tire issue" is still there.... just go with the best deal you can find and get back in to the Z!

I have an '03. Made in December I think. Bought it in March of '03.

I do have tire feathering, but I've probably had that on every other car i've owned too, who knows. No other real problems (if you even consider that a problem).

Get the car!
