Default purchasing a 350z for a low price

This summer i am planning on purchasing a 350z . I have been reading through these threads and have seen that you some how been able to get the base model for 24K and the enth model for 26k and I was wondering would you be so kind in giving me some tips to help me get these kind of deals. If you live in the houston area could you tell me what dealer you purchased your z from.

1) If u have a trade-in, negotiate that separately. Do not tie it into the purhcase of the new car. Dealers have ways to deal w/ u if u do.

2) Purchase it over the internet, no sales ppl BS, no irritation. Don't give them your contact info unless you have to.

3) Always negotiate an OTD (Out the door) price. If they say to u that they can reduce your monthly payments $XX dollars, forget it. OTD Pricing is your friend, u can use that to calculate ur monthly payments yourself.

4) Have someone w/ good credit, so you can get the car at 2.0% apr.

5) Have the internet managers fight over your purchase. Since the car has been out for a good amount of time already, there is no reason why you should pay anything over dealer invoice unless u wanna give your $$ away to them. I would start w/ under invoice. And pay atmost +200 invoice, but still stay very from @ invoice. Thus, a base OTD w/ no options would be ~26k otd and ehtusiast ~28k otd.
