Default Is this Z well priced?

Hey guys, I am currently into purchasing a Z. I was hoping you could tell me if this is a good price for the one I am looking at:

2003 Silver Touring 6MT
8,400 miles
$24995

I know one of the salesmen so I am probably looking at a final price of about ~$22k. Is that good enough or can I get a better deal? I was hoping to buy a Redline or Daytona Blue, maybe even Pikes Peak White, but I dont have much variety up here.

Plus, the price seems real good. Tell me your thoughts people. Thanks.

Edit #1--Here is the vin: JN1AZ34D73T101728 ...if someone could CARFAX that for me, my email is Graffiti1003@hotmail.com ... Thanks again! =)

I think 22k is IMO, just OKAY. If you hold out until a snowstorm, maybe you can drop it down to 20k.

I advise buyers to shop by mileage not model year. 8,400 miles sounds like a winner to me.

Here is the Carfax report: 2003 Nissan 350Z. BTW, we have a website for New England 350Z and G35 owners at www.G350Z.com. Good group of people and lots of local meets.

Negative. The car has sat on the lot for over a year now (well in that town), I have a bad feeling about her. Plus Im not too thrilled about another silver car, but I am currently looking into a Black 03' Touring model with Navi...for the same price (same miles)...
