Default how is this for a price on a new grand touring roadster?

I am looking at a new 05 grand touring roadster. It is silverstone with the orange and black vented seats, the sticker is $40,200 and they said they will sell it for $35,000 plus tax. Is this a good price or not? I drove the car today and really liked it, I liked the vented seats better than the regular leather seats in the coupe. They felt more comfortable to me. The dealer said they will do anythign to sell me the car. I havent checked to see what they will give me for trade yet. I would be trading a 2005 Acura RSX type S blaze orange metallic with 11,700 miles on it.

If this is the car that you want, and a price that you're comfortable with, then yes its a good deal.

I traded my 05 type S in on a lemans sunset roadster earlier this year and love it. I do wish I had the vented sets though. That is a good price from a dealer. Make them throw in a clear bra.

I concur doctor, I got my 2006 for 37k and change (I think $37,300, I've got the paperwork at home). I know the dealers are getting a couple thousand back from Nissan to get rid of the 2005s. Hence it sounds like a pretty good deal.

Since they said that they'll do anything to sell the car, see if you can get for $35,000.00 OTD
