Default Question.... Please advise..

Narrowed it down between two Z's, and wanted to get in put. Disregard my option to go used as I'm doing b/c of financials and situation.

2004 Z BASE model in white (my FAVORITE color) with 17k miles, perfect shape in and out, tinted windows otherwise stock. Asking 22,500, so I can most likely get it for 20-21k. Will give me another solid year under warranty and also avoid the mishaps of the 2003's. Downfalls-- Base package. Need I say more?

2003 Z Touring edition.. Leather, heated seats, bla bla bla. Everything but navi esentially. Silver color, (I have the same damn color in my current car and am not that thrilled by it). 26k miles, also in great condition. 22.8k asking, obviously can get it for about the same, 20-21k.

1) What would you choose (i'm really in love w/ the white but could settle for silver)

2) Does the 04 have xenon headlights? Or anything.. thats different than the cheap bulbs you buy at the store?!

3) I can live w/o leather if I have to, but what else am I missing that may take away from the driving experience if I go with the base model?

Any help would be appreciated!

CONSTRUCTIVE please

Touring has 18" wheels also. It has the umm, not sure what it is called exactly but I'm sure someone else can. (rearview mirror that dims the headlights behind you)
Tire pressure monitoring system too. Don't forget LSD...

Heated seats are nice

The Base is way over-priced at $22.5.

Look at the other two.

There are numerous differences between Base & Touring; go to Nissan site & look up model differences,
