Default 350Z from Qatar

Hello all, my name is Danny, proud owner of a second hand 2005 Silver 350Z.
I am Lebanese, bought the car like 2 months ago, it had 27,000Kms on its ODO. Now 30,000Ks.

The car is still under warranty, I have taken it for a wheel alignment to Nissan Qatar, I was disappointed a lot!!

They know nothing about mechanical maintenance, they didn't know how to make a wheel alignment and they admitted it ! ...

Furthermore, a small bag was stolen and I found a SHOE instead

I dunno what's happening over there, but I can be very grateful if someone guides me to the claims email or phone number of Nissan Japan... or maybe Carlos' Ghosn phone number ...

Please advise..

If it was under warranty, shouldnt they have checked for the airbag, wheel alignment and things like that before they sold it? I would take it back, or at least have them do a safety inspection on it, and ensure it is a safe vehicle for you to drive. Sorry to hear about your troubles, i hope everything works out for you.

I didn't buy it from the dealership as a used car, rather I bought it from its original customer but the car is still under warranty (I still have 1 year on it).

Welcome to the forum. Good luck with having your wheel alignment sorted. Personally I would take the car to a specialist wheel alignment place.

dealers don't really do alignment. take it to an alignment shop. it'll be cheap.

Thanks people for the input... The problem is in Qatar, nothing is specialized and they charge the highest rates ever! Goch I miss my country and the intelligent mechanics we have over there...

I also own a 1994 Subaru SVX with the only complete full body kit in the world. The body kit was fabbed entirely by me, from almost scratch. Here is the link: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2137950

Making the story shorter, a Bahraini guy asked me for the Chip I had on this car www.ecutune.com, and since I am having another plans for it, the chip will be replaced by a MS unit. So I thought I would bring it with me and give it to him... Inside the Nissan bag was that chip and a couple of unimportant things...

I sent 3 days ago a claim to a Nissan dealer in the States, yesterday evening I got a call from the dealer in Qatar asking me to come over for a full inspection for free and an investigation of the theft... Also I got a call from Nissan UAE customer service and they will follow my case as it progresses...

Keeping fingers crossed

Congratulations on the car. I love to hear how the Z is doing in far off places.(Not far off for you of course)

If someone stole the bag and left a shoe they were trying to tell you something. All you have to do is find the matching shoe and you will find the bag. It was probably a woman drooling for your Z and she is waiting to give you the bag and make her a princess.(Story here called "Cinderella").

It seems that people are helping you now. You obviously know how to get people's attention. Good luck with the alignment and welcome to the forum!
