Default Opinions on this used Zed please

Okay to start of my name is Dan, 21 in a month and a full time employee/student. My last car was a 2003 VW GTI(20th ann. edition). I had that with an upgraded turbo and had tons of fun issues(managed to break the studs off the manifold 3 times and almost had the turbo fall off). I was going to sell it so I had it put back to stock and the fuel lines were improperly installed causing a fire which ended up totaling the car(fun ride home from the grocery store). I plan to move in on a Zed as soon as I get my insurance check as I am driving a 98 4cyl ford ranger around, which for some reason does not have the same appeal...

Anyway moving on, I am looking at an 03 DB track that has a few mods(tein flex w/ edfc, enkei wheels, crawford plenum, Stillen TD exhaust and a few others). The car looks like it is in great condition and is accident free according to carfax. With the miles at 18,500 what should I offer him, his asking price is 25,500

Thanks in advance

it has decent mods, the milage is low. I would say offer him 21,500. See what number he counters with. I say this because, i bought my 03 last year, it was stock, but had lower miles and i walked out paying a little less than 23,000. Hope this helps.( i have a touring)
