Default 2005 350zr touring *NEW* 34k + tax

I found a 350zr touring yellow no navi... 323 miles... leftover from 2005 for 34k+tax

out the door price ~37,000$ The car doesn't have anything wrong with it, no rock chips etc..

Any ways/techniques I can get the price down lower?

I made an offer for 36,500$ but the manager said no... is this a good deal?

I was offered a New left over 05 Touring roadster sticker was like $37500 or so and they offered it to me for $30,000 plus tax and they were even going to load it on a trailer and deliver it to me b/c the dealership was 3 hours away and I never had time to go there. I testdrive a few used roadsters in my area to see if i liked the roadster but after driving the ZR and a coupe, I ended up ordering a new 06 touring coupe with all options including navi

If you offered $36,500 and were told no, where can you go except up. Forget it. Move on.
