Priced a little high, I would go down to $16-18K. Remember its an 03, prone to problems + its sold as is, no warranty!

If I go any lower they start to lose money, if anyone has any ideas on what they bring it in for so that I can present a legitiment arguement please show me some refrences, other than that I am willing to pay 19500, however I'm always open to saving some money.

Thank you,
Lenny

That just made me laugh!

If I were you, I would stay away from any Z earlier than 04.5. Yes, there are many that had no issues, but why take the risk?

I still have a week left to officially purchase it, I've tried staying away from the 03's but had no luck in finding a good one in my price range....the ones I've found were all missing a front bumper, extensive body damage, etc.

Factors such as model year, miles and reliably are reflected in the price. Drive the car. If the transmission shifts OK buy it.

I'm in Long Island as well. I have an 03 Touring with 32K miles that I would let go at the same price they are asking.IF I wanted to sell it. I think you should secure a loan and buy privatley to get the best deal. There are PLENTY of Zs around here and I think you could find a newer one with less miles for the same price.

Also, an 03 Z should have about another year left on powertrain warranty depending on in service date. An 04 would have about 2 more years and so on and so forth
