Different banks have different policies on warranties but it typically depends on the year of the car. They should be ok with covering an 03.

Also, I think there is a vendor here that deals with warranties exclusively. He's very helpful. Check with him.

I would only buy a used car of this caliber if I knew its history entirely. Or check it with someone knowledgeable in 350z's.

Have a good mechanic check it out. Also see if the owner has maintenance records. Yes, it is a good price.

I got my 2003 Track Ed. LeMans Sunset 350Z this past Jan. with only 9800 miles on the clock and paid 24k. Very short throw and shifts as smooth as butter (knock on wood). Seems like a Z with that kind of mileage should be in the high-teens, but if it is well maintained and runs great then that could save you a couple grand in service bills (and worth the 20G's).

Not bad, but I'll take the "Rendezvous" by Claude Lelouch.

.....and if you've ever tried to sell an "orange" car, it's tough. Most don't like it. (I do, but G35's dont' come in orange)

NO, i bought my 04 z with a complete nismo package including the nismo sideskirts and front lip for $22K and it had 23 thousand miles.. no way you should ever pay that much on a 4 year old car.

he seems pretty firm on the price...someone offered $19K and was declined...owner is in his late 50's....and states car is in mint condition....oh and a church pastor too!!! (possible no abuse to car??) to me this sounds like a very good deal....

however im thinking this in the back of my mind......
1. 2003 tranny = possible problems
2. no warranty, didnt ask if he has extended service contract or not
3. le mans sunset orange - it's livable!!!

so what you guys think?? to me looks very good...possible we might meet up this weekend to show me the car!!!

let me know good....bad....ugly.... thanks for looking...

I purchased a used 05 Performance edition originally sold in 4-06 as a leftover new car (1500 over MSRP) . The car has been titled 3 times, had under 500 miles on it and a set of Cooper tires with the Nismo stick on stripes (I removed them). To make a long story short, I paid 26K plus tax and shipping. The car was in N.J. I'm in FL. I took the money I saved and installed a complete APS turbo and Exhaust.
