Hi everyone...well I did it and bought myself an '06 Z Enthusiast model. We are going to pick it up on Saturday and frankly cannot wait. The car is the silver alloy color which I just love and of course the charcoal seats. It does have automatic which is really what I wanted. Hey being 52 I have had my shifting days so the auto should be just fine. My son who is 18 gets to ride along and he is going to drive the Z home for me...needless to say I didnt need to talk him into doing that...haha. Bought the car for $400.00 under invoice and what I have read on this forum seems to be a pretty fair price. In fact this forum has given me alot of good tips and has helped me learn quite a bit about the Z. Well hurry up Saturday!!!!!!!!

Yes I will make sure to keep him in sight the whole way home...haha. But he is a good driver so I know the car will arrive safely and our weather here in Ohio sounds great tomorrow so it will be a nice day to drive. THEN when we get home Dad gets to drive it....cannot wait. I will try and add some pics in here but not very good at doing that.

You can give me congratulations now since the keys are definitely in my hands. My son drove it home on Saturday and then dad has his chance and I must say what a nice ride. The car handles great is very solid and frankly just a lot of fun to drive even with the automatic...haha. Had to shine her up nice and pretty and did take off the splash guard since I dont like the look of those. What can I say the car is great.
