Arrow Should I or Should I not buy this Car?

My cousin is selling this car, he got involved in an accidnet in NY.
The car is a salvage title. He is asking for $16K.
How much should I offer him?
How much $$ do u think I need to repair?
All i can say is that the left rear side of the car, (where its hit) is slightly lower than the other sides.

I dont have pictures of suspension....

PPL PLEASE TALK TO ME!

Pros and Cons to look at:
1. suspension damage (some arms connected to the tire is broken or bent)
2. front bumper danage
3. NO airbag deployment
4. 2006 MODEL touring (i think, but no brembo)
5. like i said salvage title
6. only 800 miles.
8. rear fender damage
9. No frame damage

WHATEVER I KNOW IS HERE.....roughly gimme an estimate,,, ur help and sarcasms are appreciated !!!

Do you own a shop, and have previous experience restoring vehicles?

Well that is my advice. If you do not own and shop, and are not familiar with restoring vehicles, pass on this good deal. The reward (savings) is not worth the potential risk (putting dollars into the car to get it running).
