it has 10k miles, and it looks brand spankin new. Also has aftermarket hid's. Test drove it and it feels so good. but is 23k too much? i would get the 06 for 27k but i heard 06 has oil consumption problems.

Kelley Blue Book Retail for a 2005 base Z in excellent condition (10k mi) is about $24.5k. +1, for around $27 you can get a 2007 base in NEW condition (0-50mi) which is an average of about...$45/month more.

All-in-all, $23k is a "good" price for a used '05 base with 10k mi. However, consider that 2007's come with HIDs and the new HR engine and new car smell.
