How is this deal
hi everbody,
this is my first post here...i am getting a deal on an 07, so wanted to check how does it sounds.
the car is 07 GT black with orange interior, fully loaded with all options, nav, side/curtain airbags and everything else.
i am gettin it for $38700 out of door.
I also have an order for 08 GT black with orange interior, nav and side/curtain airbags. no date yet on when it will arrive though
i know nothing has changed from 07 expect an XM radio standard in 08, which i dont care about.
Let me know what you all think

6MT or 5AT?
Edmunds lists an 08 GT with a 6MT at $33,160 invoice. Add on the usual 3k for tax and license and a good price I'd say for a 08 6MT would be more like $36,200... $37,200 if it's a 5AT. Since it's an 07... and they should be reducing the price a bit... I'd say that $38,700 for an 07 GT is a little on the high side. Call dude back and offer 35 or 36... see where that gets you.

its a 6MT, and it has all the option as well.
with all option selected edmunds invoice for 08 is $36,258
and TMV is $38,830
so adding $3000 the price goes to $ 41830 out of door.
so i am saving around $3130 over an 08
can i do better than this in NJ?

Car invoice + 6% tax + $200 reg & extra fees your $38,700 is right on the $$.

picking up this Z tomorrow afternoon.
cancelled my order for 08.
btw i am coming from RSX-S and i know how much people hate RSX-S on this site.
I will still use RSX-S during the winter and will see what to do after that, might keep it as a second/winter car or something.
