Default 2004 Coupe Invoice Pricing Available

Just a heads up! If anyone out there is waiting for your 2004 coupe like me, invoice pricing is up on Kelly Blue Book online. Effective date is listed as 08/25/2003.

http://www.kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.n...M1&&Coupes&&nc

I have a Performace on order and it looks like they raised the invoice by ~$600! It went from 27,664 to 28,235 . This stinks for anyone trying to get in on VPP pricing by the time their car arrives. And of course not as much bargaining room. Invoice pricing for options seems to be the same for most things.

Thanks for the post

I was waiting for this, as I ordered a 04 Enthusist for $1000 over invoice and now looking at the #s compared to the 03's, looks like the Enthusist went up $534...

www.insidenissan.com

I work for a company which is a business partner of Nissan's so I qualify for a discount. Currently the Z is not part of the discount but cars are added at the beginning of each month. So... I have my fingers crossed for August.

Hmmm.. I'm looking at auto enthusiast and the invoice and MSRP seem the same to me between 03 and 04.

They also look unchanged on Edmunds:

I agree, I don't see a difference between the Touring Auto Invoice or MSRP between '03 and '04.

I was quoted a VPP price on the '03 and my dealer doesn't expect it to change for the '04.

Could be different models got different adjustments. The Performance is def higher on the invoice.

How did your dealer quote you VPP when the Z is not eligible yet? Or are you a Nissan employee?

Default VPP

Yeah, I called Nissan's 800 # for VPP (my company is a partner of Nissan) and they told me only Nissan employees are eligible to get the VPP price on the Z.

Extended Family VPP Plan. Have a family member who works at the TN plant...

Actually if you read closer it states that the VPP pricing is availble on the 2004 350Z, but it is only available to those who are A, B or C business partners. My company is also a business partner but we fall under the D family so NO DISCOUNT FOR ME. Car **** or Soup ****.

Is this on the www.insidenissan.com site? Do you have a link for the page which states this? Thanks.

It also seems to be a challenge to find a dealer who will honor the VPP, at least here in So Cal.
