Also keep in mind that the track rims have more rubber on them then stock. Why dont you call the dealer and see how much they cost. More like $1500.00 each wheel. Also thats bullsh!t that they slow your car down.

My car got slower Tell me why cuz my car certainly did? Are the Nismo Z wheels the same weight as the Grand Touring wheels?

Dude read your manual they are forged Rays light weight and all Nismo owners know this. Your wheels are lighter then stock. If you think that they are slowing you down then Pm me I 'll give you $1500 for yours. Unless your car is slower cause of your driving?????

Yes they are. How do you know it's the wheels? Maybe you think that thats it but it could be something else.

to solve this ill post an exact pic during lunch of what i have.

they say RAYS and FORGED on them.
18s and 19s. Stock tires of Bridgestone Potenza RExxxx on them.
rears i know are 265/35/19. which seems like a really small tire. (they look like they were stretched to fit.) Carmax took the average tread depth and told me they are fine even though i can visually see that the outsides are worn already. New tires are ****ing rediculous for that wide and tall of a rim.
looking at 300 dollaras funny part being that slicks cost the same. Which is odd considering ive always thought slicks were way more expensive than a normal dd tire.

Course now im looking for the cheapest damn truck i can find for the winter.
She's just to purdy to drive in the salt.

luke, go with a 275/35 or 295/30 if you can fit it. Check out vredestein tires as well, great handling and a great price.

Really a 295/30/19 can fit on that 10 incher?? I called TireRack told me 285 was the max and 295 would start to wear uneven on a 10 inch wheel

anything will wear uneven on such a wide wheel.
I really have no mod money now so its going to stay as it is.
but already from searching today im seeing things that i like.
First I may go with a set of 5zigen 17x9's for autoxing. (matt black.)
For DD its either keep these (they look amazing in person.) and try recover them from whoever got stains on em.
or its sell em on the site and move on to something nice and light. Flat black with a red lip. (19 or 18's x 9) Something servicable that looks good but can be "rotated" and gives a neutral feel. However, from what i read, i cant have exact the same wheels front and rear as that throws the VDC off.
i like teh veilside front lip and side lips (carbon fiber.)
I always loved white with black wheels, and accents.

Looking into tinting when i gets da money.

I swear the longer this car is in my position the more i want to mod it.

btw the turbo xs is now 435 on MRC (not sure thats right) on their website.

Post them in the classifieds I'm sure you can get 2k for them as long as the rims and tires are in good condition.

yeah, MRC was puttin those TurboXs exhaust on clearance. 435 is the price! buy it.

I was saying if a 295 would fit go with it but i guess it wont. I run a 295 on my 10.5 without a problem.

You can run a square setup, but youll be limited to what you can do on the fronts. 275 all around is possible with the right offset and wheel sizing. VDC will be ok, less responsive in my opinion, but ok. Remember tho, a larger tire hydroplanes easier.

Have your wheels power coated in charcoal they would look really good. The Ivory Pearl GTR with the factory charcoal rims looks sick. So does the PPW Nismo.

see attachments for rims.

its amazing to me how stretched the rear tire looks in the middle pic. Really looks like it is waaaaaaay to small for the rim.
