Touring fully loaded is a little over $37,000 so add tax & license and your at 39Gs. Seems to me you did fine. Will you found people across the Country who paid less? Yes, but I wouldn't worry about it. "Benchmark" is MSRP & you are at or below MSRP.

General comment: when folks post on price it is much easier to help/comment if you quote price WITHOUT taxes & license because these costs differ substantially from state to state. And, at least in Cali, our Gov does not seem to want to discount sales tax!!
