Should you get it? Depends on if you want it or not. It's an auto, where I'd get, (got), a 6MT. Miles are a bit high for an 06 but once 09 gets here in two months the miles are suddenly low for an 06 I would imagine, actually I know, there are better deals out there but honestly your local market may support this type of deal. I just bought a cream puff 03 Touring with 58K miles for 17K and that is in Seattle.

Seems like high miles but it is certified and probably still under waranty. I would keep looking and go with a stick. This is comming from an owner of an automatic. Just my .02

Dude that's overpriced. I saw an 07 with 10k miles on it for 23k in perfect condition couple months back in Virginia. Plus that's an auto, i believe they sell a little cheaper. I wont buy that for $24k, $21k seems like a better price for that.

hmm if I can talk them to take off 2K because of the high mileage, would it worth it? or the mileage too high?

You will pay according to mileage no matter what you buy. 30,000 miles will cost you more than 60,000 miles. "Too high" is relative.
