Default 2 to choose from, which is best deal?

I have decided to join the club and purchase a used 350Z Roadster. Have been searching all over the country and have been lucky to have 2 pop up locally. I will use the car as a 2nd car to drive for fun and keep it for 2-4 years. Would like some input on which one you guys think is a better deal!

Both vehicles have a similar background; private party sale, garage kept, original owner, wife driven, no accident history, original manuals and sticker, low mileage / non big city traffic. Both are being sold because of lack of use by wife, one has a lien and the other is clear title (paid cash). Both vehicles are stock in perfect condition. Vehicle 1 has a few more options, 1.75x more miles and costs $2K more than Vehicle 2. Both owners say they will not go any lower on price.

2007 Nissan 350Z Touring 2dr Convertible w/Automatic
Grey Convertible Top

Vehicle 1
Original Purchase Date: Sep-07
Mileage: 9,600
Color: White
Options: 18 Inch Chrome Alloy Wheels, Painted Splash Guards (4 Piece), Aluminum Kick Plate, Carpeted Floor Mats, Carpeted Trunk Mat
Owner Will Take: $25,000

Vehicle 2
Original Purchase Date: Feb-08
Mileage: 5,500
Color: Silver Alloy Metallic
Options: Carpeted Floor Mats, Carpeted Trunk Mat
Owner Will Take: $23,000

Should I go with Vehicle 1 or Vehicle 2?
Keep looking for a better deal?

Thank you in advance for your input.

Vehicle 2. Newer, less miles, less price.

+1, and those other options (wheels, splash guards, and kick plates) can be bought for a fraction of the difference.

I would tell owner of #1 that you found #2 and are buying it unless they can price match.

That’s BS. You show up at the door with a fat roll of $100 bills. See how fast the price changes.

Check prices on leftover 08's if you're a serious buyer. They're giving them away for thousands back of Invoice.

White > Silver

As silly as it sounds, I think both are overpriced. Wait 90
days and put another $2-3k away on either.

The market will be flooded with supply for a LONG time.

Just relax, and wait out the lowest value.

No doubt. And a lot of people are looking to step up to the 370Z from their 350, so even more will be flowing in by the summer.

Default Great Advice - Thanks

You guys helped me out a lot! Everybody made good sense! I made an offer on Vehicle 2 via email, told the owner why it was only worth $21,500 to me and VOILA, he accepted. So if all goes according to plan I pick it up tomorrow at 12 NOON.

I am happy with the price and feel I am getting a brand new vehicle, only has 5,500 miles and cherry!

Thanks for all the help!

Surprised that the seller accepted an email offer. Hope to see you soon in the "new owner" forum.
