Default Tried to finance a car today declined with 10k down

I cant believe it, I went to three different dealerships to try and get an 08 350Z, 10k down, and got denied everywhere. My credit score is a 620, so its kinda low, but damn, depressing

Ya but with 10 down he should still have a chance you would think. I guess the score is too low.

Pay your bills, you dont deserve a $20k+ LOAN!

I'm surprised they didn't approve you for 15% or more interest, most non paying bill people accept that rate!

At 620 she should qualify for something even if it's in the 12%-18% apr range. She's got something on his report that's disqualifying her.

yeah... just notice the OP might be a girl..... but that would pretty much do it for you... missing payments... repo...etc. I know people who defaulted on their mortgage and can still buy cars.

Yeah I don't know about this. When I got my old Z28 I put 3500 down and got a brand new one and my score was like 570 back then, lol

Especially now how bad the car business is... they're chomping at the bit to sell anybody a car these days... so OP you must really have something on your report.

620 is pretty bad.. your probably financing about 20k+ which is alot to lend someone with 620 credit score in this economy. At least the banks are aren't ****ing us even more.
