Alright, im gonna go check this one out sometime this week, and need some help on negotiating the price... I just got off the phone with the dealer, and verified that the price is negotiable, which can be good and bad.. I need to know what im looking for when lowering the price, Could you guys help me out?

I know that the Mileage, Clutch wear are two big ones that i can knock some benjamins off my OTD price, any other suggestions??

I would pass on it. There are lots of lower mileage Z's for about the same price. Just check on here, cars.com, autotrader etc.

Yeah..I mean, you can really get one for same price with less mileage. Why would you get another one with such mileage if you have an 08 Touring and getting an 09 370z? Save the 12k and mod one of the other 2 you "have"

Tell them $9k OTD or walk out and go find a better Z for the same price.

Default 10K or 10.5 Maybe....

I don't think they will take a sub 10k offer. Have you had the car checked out yet? I'm extremely lucky I live not too far from Z-Car Garage here in San Jose, CA. Rob and his crew are outstanding...

Default 2008 350z Touring... 2009 370z Base w/ Sports Package coming June 2009

if you already have a 2008 350z and planning on a 370z, why are you planning on buying another 350z?

Yea I was thinking in the sub 9's too, and ill look for more around the same price since the are in such abundance???

And it'll be my first track and project car for those wondering.. Id perfer to keep the cars I "have" and soon to "have" stock, The last thing I would wanna see is an aftermarket turbo go south on a prestine car w/ less then 9k miles on it...

Well, if you do it right and professional, it will cost more the 12k. But you won't be using a motor that could have been beaten on for over 100k miles, which could potentially just go south even sooner then your motor with 9k miles on it, plus it seems the HR is a better engine than the DE. And you won't be in the hole another 12k. That's just my opinion. I don't have a "track car", just a weekend car. So I can not give much more advice then I just stated, but good luck to you either way.

10k-11k OTD or walk. you can get a Z with a lot less mileage on it for that cost, im not sure why you are so set on this one.
