Default Looking to buy a Z; Few Questions

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a 350Z in the coming months (hopefully asap). I just had a few questions about the car in general.

First off, interior room. I'm a pretty big guy (read: 6'7") and I'm wanting to upgrade as far as interior room goes. Currently I own two 240SXs and an Eagle Talon. I know measurement wise the Z is larger on the inside than the s13, and has about two inches more head room than the Talon, but about .7" less leg room. Applying those measurements to real world is what I'm worried about. Any of you taller gents have any issues with adjusting the seat/wheel to a comfortable position without knees being in the dash or in the way of the steering wheel?

Secondly, I'm looking to pick up a Track Edition, my budget cutoff is about 15-16k, so I'm looking heavily at 03s as they seem to be the most abundant year for the Track. I intend to AutoX and Track at VIR/CMP, as well as daily drive (for a bit) whatever car I get. From your experience is it worth it to hold out for the brembos and other little perks on the Track? If not what other trim level would you suggest to be best for my intended use?

Thanks for any input you guys can give!

I'm 6'3" and fit very nicely. More than anough headroom and my legs are comfy. Depends on how long your legs are.

Get an HR. Much more power.

The Track may be difficult to find. The Touring yes. The Track good luck.

I had a track and my bro had a touring. Brembo's are night/day literally and will help you out a lot when you plan to AutoX it. It's not a must have but it's deff nice to have. As far as room goes it's difficult to say. I would be cramped if I was 6'7. My suggestion is test drive one and you'll get your answer pretty much immediately.

I'm 6'5" and its not a bad drive, unless you are going for long distances. When I visit my parents its a little less than 3 hours, and I NEEED to get out of the car. Just driving short distances, like work and school, the car is pretty comfortable.

I was looking at an S14 before the Z, and I fit pretty well in that too

If it were MY money and I had to do it all over again - I'd buy this in a heartbeat: https://my350z.com/forum/mid-atlanti...ly-driver.html

I missed out on two track cars already. Or, you could buy mine and I'll buy the one in the link.

That's a hell of a deal but I'm not sure he's gonna want one with a cage. he's already cramped for space and to add the cage will just be more difficult. Not being able to adjust your seat is a PIA. I wish I had $15,500.00 though lol
