Default Wondering what year is best

Im new to this forum, just sold my 04 Chevrolet Avalanche today. Im going to buy a 350z later this week. I was wondering if there was a year there were alot of problems with the 350z. Or a specific year thats better then others. Im looking into buying a 03-05, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

use the search.. But 03 has tire feathering. 05 has oil consumption, i think? Look for a used 07 with HR motor, if you can find in your price range

Negative, '06 has oil consumption.

I would recommend an '07 or '08.

Most likely it will be a lower mileage Z still under the factory warranty as well.

If your looking between '03 and '05, go for '04 or '05.

I recommend that you shop by mileage not model year. In other words a 2003 with 40,000 miles is a better choice than a 2005 with 80,000 miles.

2014.

Just kidding, I agree with davidv, I looked at a lot of 06 and 07 but they were pretty high on miles, I ended up getting a 2003 with 45,000 miles. Not as many worries about problems, and worth more when/if I ever sell it.
