Default Is this a good deal?

I took a look at it in person. It was about a 45 mins drive. The car was in pretty good shape overall from what I was expecting. I'd say 8.5/9 out of 10 in overall condition. The motor is really healthy. The clutch and tranny was tight and shifts fine. He wanted $10,600 and I am a little bit concerned about the high mileage. Is it time for any maintance to be performed? What is a good offer price? Thank you

That looks very clean for the miles. The seat bolsters don't even have a lot of wear. Do they have maintenance records?

Personally I would be uncomfortable with any car with that many miles. If it is in your budget, I would spend a little more and get one with less. Just my opinion though.

I'd buy it assuming it checked out. You should still try to negotiate a bit and get a PPI.

120,000 miles - mint condition. Are these not conflicting terms?

too many miles. it does look to be in good condition though.. cant believe the seats are in that good of shape after that many miles... looks like they took great care of it.. but for $10,000 its too much of chance.. lots can go wrong at that kinda mileage... you'll be paying more in the long run.. id like look for sometihn around $14k and half the mileage.. good luck.

It's very common to see Z's with 90-140k miles here on the west coast (even though OP is on the east coast ). I've seen them go for $8900-$11k all the time. A lot of it is just freeway miles (obviously), which is really easy on the drivetrain. If they have good maintenance records and everything has been kept up to shape, I would buy it as well if I got a good deal on it

Not everyone can drive a 350Z. We keep destroying them so there are less to go around.

high mileage(120K) isn't an issue for the Z as long as those miles ain't drifting miles. One cannot accumulate that kind of miles unless driven on the hwy.
