Anyone finance thru the dealership or try the "SignatureGRADUATE" option for their Z?
When I get my Z in November, I'm planning on purchasing the car with a check cut out from an Equity Line loan (5.25%) and I'll pay it over 60mos. However I'm also open to Nissan's financing options if they can give me a decent deal. Has anyone financed their Z thru the dealership? Has anyone tried the SignatureGRADUATE financing thru Nissan? I'm curious about the rates you guys got.
thanks,
Anil

The dealership was able to get me a lower rate than the financing
I showed up with approved financing through eloan of 4.89 and the dealer preferring to get their money quicker and make something managed to beat it with 4.79 at Bank America, it wasn't much but it also let me out of the electronic payments option that eloan required for the lower rate so I guess it really compares with the 5.39 from eloan for non electronic payment.
My dealer was the only place that offered me financing. I believe it is through the signatureGRADUATE program. (I graduated in May 2002) Since my car won't arrive for several months, the rates aren't locked. I was told somewhere between 7 and 8%. Not bad, considering the risk to the lender. My only pieces or credit history are from two credit cards.

Which dealer are you getting your Z from? I'm waiting for mine from Douglas Nissan of Orange... Around October/November. They've been very straightforward and helpful so far.

Empire Nissan in Ontario, California. My dealer has also been very straight forward. He's been helpful when I needed help, and hasn't fed me the usual BS that most dealers do. I guess it helps that he is the fleet manager....
I'm also expecting mine in November.
