Na i understand that....but quite obviously no one would EVER pay 50k for a car that doesnt even work....thats a given. Why even put in the scam add that the car doesnt run??? Then ask 50k for it???

Obviously they are not really trying to get someone to buy this thing, or they are fukin retarded.

So that leads me to say, whats the point of this ad? They cant be that stupid as to actually think someone would buy this.

yeah there is nothing to really "scam", and really I wouldn't be surprised if he accidentally added an extra "0". $5000 for a non-running 2006 Z would be a fair price.

I had a Fiero GT (fastback) with a Northstar V8, my dad and I did the swap. It was very straightforward and required virtually no modification to fit, and it was ridiculously fast. I'll see if I can dig up pics, we did this in 1995-1996 so all the pictures are images that have to be scanned in

JN1AZ34D96M311715 is a borrowed VIN. The photo is borrowed. ericr0711 does not own this or any Z. There is no such vehicle.

The scam is run off-eBay. Potential buy contacts seller. Seller says "I will ship car for $1,000. You can pay the balance when the car arrives."

Assume this is the real JN1AZ34D96M311715 : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-...#ht_500wt_1182

It's sad how many people fall for these kind of scams.

All of which assumes someone would be stupid enough to initially want pay 50k for the car to begin with. I understand its a borrowed pic and VIN, your missing my point Dave. If he really wanted to scam, he would have not said "car doesnt want to start" and would have asked 5k instead of 50k. I'm just wondering why he did the above mentioned things.

I would hope that anyone so stupid as to fall for this scam wouldnt have 50k to spend on a car as they prob arent making it very far in life, lol.
