- nismo if you don't plan on modifying the car
- base model - disregard since the best feature in the 370z is the rev matching
- sport model - rev matching + lsd

After owning a Nismo for 3+ (17K miles) years and using it as a DD (about half time) I agree with several other folks--if you're going to actually track the car and can live with all the things that make the Nismo a great track car then go for it. However, IMO the 370z is a much better DD but I definitely would want the rev matching transmission if at all possible.

If you plan on getting an aftermarket LSD and a BBK down the line, go with the 370Z.
