Default I can't decide (pics added)

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and im trying to make the right decision on which Z I purchase... It's between a gray 2004 roadster with the leather heated seats, touchscreen radio, navi, all that, and some bbs super rs silver rims that look SICK with 81k miles OR a 2006 silver enthusiast with cloth seats and nothing fancy but has 43k miles. Prices are pretty close. My gut is telling me to get the 06 with half the miles but my eyes are all over the 04. Would it be a bad decision to get the older Z with even more miles? But then again I do like the 06... Even though it has a tiny dent on the back on the trunk. Here they are...

2004 80k miles

2006 43k miles

My opinion... Go with the 06 for MANY reasons:
1. Its newer with less miles.
2. I don't like those BBS wheels on the Z, I think the 06 looks so much better.
3. I do not like convertible Z's (They look like a submarine)
4. You are basing this off of looks, it is much easier to add different wheels, stereo, and seats to the 06 than it is to decrease the mileage on the 04.
5. The 06 comes with some more valuable things that you may be overlooking right now (revue engine, better headlights, etc.)
6. I like the color of the 06 better.

But all of that is my opinion of course

You have some really good points... I'm really at such a crossroads it wouldn't take much for me to choose one over the other. I look forward to hearing others opinions as well. I'm considering the 06 even more now... I know financially it would be the smarter move and I shouldn't base it off of looks alone.

Is one a manual and the other auto? Or both manual?

Actually both auto so there isn't a manual to choose

No brainer... Go with the 06. Those wheels on the roadster are horrendous by the way.

The scale is leaning more and more towards the 06... Lol I don't normally like wheels like that but I thought they looked sharp. Maybe I haven't seen real sharp ones yet.

What kind of style do you typically prefer?

I would go with 06 since you can put your own touches.

Could be wrong but looks like refinish on the rear end of the zr and front end refinish on the coupe.

The owner said the 06 was in a minor fender bender to the front left and he replaced the bumper cover. Any specific things I should check out? Here are more pics. I also noticed what looks like a tiny dent on the back left. Would this be pretty easy/cheap to fix?

Even if those BBS's are authentic, the fitment looks weak. Looks are subjective but fitment isn't. Plus BBS's are meant for Euro class, not JDM imo.

Good luck.

No noticeable seam at the edge of the spokes, not true 3 piece, thus not true bbs. Front of the coupe was feathered, entire rear of the convertible is obviously a darker shade.
