Default ****Leasing and the Lemon Law??****

We are leasing a 350z but I have seen no threads on
how the lemon law has been applied to a lease?
So who all has had their Z bought back from Nissan due
to Arbitration and/ or the Lemon Law?? I am in the
process of pondering how this is going to get played
out. I am on my third suspension/tire feathering issue
and am going to start setting up with the BBB and
Arbitration.

Now my question is as follows( but if you would like to
add anything else...please do)
We have a 42 month lease on a 2003 Touring Z but have
only been paying on it for 18 months. If nissan was to
take the car back and supply us with a New 2004
touring model while still keeping in contract with the
original lease agreement, would that not mean, that all
the money that we have been paying on the original
contract would now be applied to the new Z and at the
end of the agreement we will have the option to buy the
2004 z for the contracted 2003 Z price which was set at
$17,000, per the end of lease and buy agreement.

Does this make sense to you????

By the way, my Z has had 15 visits to the delaership for
problems and in the prcoess for a few more trips. They
are as follows.

1. Popping sound in front suspension
2. Rear wiper blade malfunction
3. Window Grease streaks per TSB
4. Rear Axle ratchet noise #1
5. Tire feather issue per TSB #1
6. Cup holder fixed
7. A/C compressor went out #1
8. Tire feathering issue per TSB #2
9. Clutch pressure plate went out
10. Clutch bearing went out
11. A/C compressor went out #2
12. Rear Axle ratchet noise #2
13. Transmission is getting notchey...goes in this friday to be looked at..
14. Tire feathering issue per TSB #3 Waitin on new tires to be put on...

I think there are a few more but I cant remember off the top of my head...
