In general, what would be a decent price for a good detail job. Excluding guy's that do the high end stuff. I know there must be some mid-range guy's that do just as a good of job, but I'd like to get a general range. I also know it' tied to the area your in, but I'm looking for a general range.
Thanks
Thanks
From what we see from our competitors in the area, they're charging anywhere from $100 to $250 for an exterior detail depending on vehicle. Our starting cost for detailing is at $185 for a compact vehicle and can go up to $400-$500 for a full rejuvenation for vehicles that were never detailed for years.
If you're only looking at general detailing, then here's what you should expect from a professional detailer in the bay area:
350z
exterior - $150+
interior - $75+
full detail - $200+
Our cost for detailing is slightly higher than the average. If you're interested in our detailing svc or have further questions, please feel free to contact us at sales@premiermobilegroup.com

Hmm, Thorpe Auto detail in Campbell is a bit more expensive but they are an awesome shop. They do mostly high end cars, lots of exotics, ect ect. They were in the paper for #1 detail shop in the bay area a while ago.
However, for a car like the Z, I think the exterior detail job wold be about 300 + and 100 for the interior.
Just thought I'd throw that out there.

There really is no set pricing for detailing as the range can vary. It depends on what needs to be done to the car.......e.g. scratch removal & swirl removal, takes up much more time than a general detailing costing about $300-$400. Every car is different and every customer's wishes also vary. So pricing from a professional detailer will be dependent on what you would like to have done.........exterior only, full detail + engine bay, paint touch up + general detail, etc.
