Using Zaino without ZFX
Its about 75-85F in my garage, nice sunny day, and I want to apply Z-2 without ZFX. How long do you let it sit for? I really don't want to leave it overnight. 3-4 hours?

What happens if you put a thick layer on of zaino on? Does it take longer to cure? I use about 1/2 oz to do my enitre Z and always have a little bit extra at the end. I just go over some areas that I may have missed! It's hard to tell where you've applied the Zaino when you put a really thin layer. Need some advice from the experts here! Thanks

Kevin is about the most knowledgeable person here when it comes to Zaino but in speaking to Sal about this many times, he said that it isn't just the "drying" process but the "curing" process that takes the extra time.
Again, I think you are confusing DRYING with CURING. Drying is the evaporation of the liquid portion of the polish as it sits on the paint. In warm weather this takes only 15-30 minutes as you said.
But curing or "bonding" if you will, is a CHEMICAL process that doesn't happen in those 15-30 minutes. It take 8-10 hours from what I have been told. This is the way I do it. Right or wrong, I don't know.
