clean wheels without punishment
Does anyone know of a product I could use to clean my wheels without tearing off the gold paint on my brembo brakes? Also my wheels are gold so I don't want any harsh detergents from the cleaner to hurt those as well. I hear Meguiar has something coming out but I need something now.

BIGGGGG +1 on the Meguires Hot Wheels Cleaner!!
Just Wet the Wheels,
Spray with Hot WHeels Cleaner
Use a Lug nut brush in the Lug Holes and around the lips/edges of the rim ONCE to break the grime loose
Hose it off.
Perfectly clean... Like Showroom Clean, even if your wheels were black with dust., Its amazing.

Just checking to see if you found a local place to buy the Hot Rims Cleaner, I haven't been able to find any in Denver. That was the stuff I always used, with fantastic results, until the local places stopped carrying it.

I can personally vouche for the fact that the Maguires product doesn't harm the 17" factory rims, but others say just about any cleaner is going to screw up clear coat finish rims like the Volk's, so just be careful, I'd hate to see your GT-C's get screwed up.

I always see Hot Wheels at Wal-Mart and have seen at both of their Hampden locations (Dayton and Sheridan).
