Default NXT Metal Polish

Let me just say this stuff is amazing. At first i was a little worried thinking to myself "how will this make anything shiny?"

Well used it on my exhaust tips today... and let me just say... WOW

after i made them shine like crazy i went to my basement... found the dirtiest copper pipe and decided to clean a section of it.... and again Wow.

I mean i knew their stuff was good but not that good... In all honesty i hope their liquid wax shows the same results as their metal polish

Top of the line... if you want to make anything shiny use it...

iv'e gotten great results with $2 turtlewax metal polish ... I use it on my can as well. Apply and buff off - awesome!

I'm not advocating it because it's cheap (have spent hundreds on detailing now ...) but it does a damn good job. Wouldn't hurt to try it if anyone hasn't bought any metal polishes yet.

Hey Guys, does this stuff works good on Titaniums? I'm trying to do a thorough detailing/cleaning on my Amuse R1 Ti Exhaust before i install it.

I went to a couple auto parts store to look for this but none carries it. Did you guys buy it online? I thought Meguiar products are very common and this should be no exception. I looked online. It sells for $7.99, but shipping & handling was $6.XX?! No way in hell I'd pay that much money to ship a little jar of thinngy. I live in MD/NOVA area by the way. Point me to the shop that carries it please!

does it get that black crap off the tips of your exhaust that normal washing wont remove?
Ive heard steel wool works but im kinda scared of using that.

Yes it should do. It also brings up the inside of the exhaust pipes nicely too for that brand new look, hehe, just don't forget to wipe of the residue and use soft towels.

Oh, to the poster that made comment about courier charge, one pot of the polish lasts a very long time. Easy to buy in NZ, so I would have thought it would be easy to buy in the US given where it comes from.

You can use tar and bug remover to get rid of any blobs of tar.

Please, please don't use steel wool. Cringing at the thought.

Again, did you guys just pick these up at the auto stores? I've gone to a few and none of them carries this product. Maybe I should try Wal-Mart... seems like they have more cleaning products than most auto stores.

Not much of help, but I buy my Meguiar's either directly from the importer in New Zealand or from the equivalent of your Wal-Mart, Supercheap Auto, hehe, oceans away.

Oooh, new product, keep us posted!!! Can't get that in NZ yet. Must phone up the importer and find out when it arrives.

I use NXT on the outside of the exhaust and a slightly stronger one on the inside.

People every time Im in Auto Zone and Advance Auto I go crazy..... God there are so many different polishes and waxes to choose from.... I was so ****ing impressed I wanted to buy all of them.. But I just settled for another bottle of Meguiar's.. I also saw the Clay bar everyone here worships.. And the new Ice Clay Bar spray.. Mostly everything was 20 bucks each..... Next time I go in.. Ill sit there and study each.... Im tripping off how many different wipes they had too(I usually use armor all but now im gonna change to meguiars for a try)... Im like damn.. I love buying detailing materials... I even saw a nice scratch repair kit for 20 bucks.. It had some little abrasive sponges and etc.. Im gonna check that out tomorrow again...

I think I may get the NXT Metal Polish too because I have been slacking during the winter to clean the exhaust.. The tips are turning black.... I hope that polish will get it off.......
