Looks like soap staines. Stained meaning its stained into the wheel. And it wont come off by just washing the wheels again.

It hasnt been fixed. Basically the dealer tried about 3 times and they got rid of alot of it. But still has alot on it. Here is the best description of what it looks like

THink of a Oyster shell. Inside the oyster shell it has a rainbowish tint. Now imagine that rainbow look stained all over my wheels. So instead of shining silver, it has a blotchy white rainbowish color on my rims. It doesnt shine the way it should.

Anyone out there that can help me with removing the problem?? Any products you can recommend and method of using the products. Or if there is a shop that specializes in removing staines from wheels.

I am located in Southern California, Los Angeles area

Whats powerball? I will post some pictures tomorrow. Its really bad and annoying me. Also I already tried polishing it, waxing, using compounds that remove water spot, had the dealer do all this and myself, they even used a high speed buffer. And yet i still have the rainbowish stain.
