Default Tried 3M Swirl Remover ans Show Wax for Dark Paint! Look Inside!

Like title says a few days ago i tried this and this were my results. I got to say the swirls didnt really come out maybe because i was doing it by hand but the combo of the swirl remover and the wax made this old paint look nice!

Cant wait to try this on my Z. Im sorry this are not the Z pics but I got to try it on the Daily before it goes on my Baby (Z). LOL!

What you think?

Looks good my friend. The 3M products are great. I would try them with a Porter Cable though for the best results.

You can hand polish small spots with 3M SMR. You really can't work the whole car by hand, you've got to use the Porter-Cable.

doing it by hand is impossible. Even with a portercable, without using the cut pads, it takes me like 6 hrs to do...

Go to www.clubsi.com and do a search for SVTNate, he has a detailing guide that I have lived by for the last few years. My black Si, WRB WRX and PPW 350Z have always gotten great responses and looked great for years. My coworkers always try to bribe me into doing their cars and all I do is follow his guide. I will say the best investment is a Porter Cable 7424 you will ever make for your car.

BTW, if you have a beater, wife's car, etc., practice on it first before attacking your Z.
